Gerlinde has more than one and a half decades of experience in software development, is a certified program consultant for the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and is currently leading a big agile transformation project at one of our customers in the automotive industry. Driven by the strong desire to create work environments for people that lead to happier and healthier employees as well as to more productivity and success, she helps our customers to transform their systems and develop and grow their people.

Wir haben natürlich keinen Zauberstab der alles einfach und leicht macht, aber wir demonstrieren einen Ansatz, der es weitaus einfach macht eine Einigung zwischen den Stakeholdern zu erzielen und sich auch in Remote-Settings bewährt hat.
