Starting as a management consultant with Accenture, and transitioning to become a successful leader and Director of Strategy and Process Excellence in fast growth organizations. Deema drove growth at scale with results such as 5 consecutive years of 40-50% YOY revenue growth through new product development and opening international markets in the payments space. Deema holds an MBA from Kellogg School in Northwestern.
